Tony Barretto, Britney Spears' former bodyguard and the "secret witness" at her custody hearing spoke out about Britney's drug abuse, alcohol consumption, eating habits, lack of child care and bizarre behavior. He describes Britney as unfit mom who is in desperate need for help. Here is what he said:
She almost overdosed after a date with Howie Day, hours before her comeback performance at Anaheim's House of Blues:

"She was in a terrible state, just sweating and shaking. Her pupils were huge—I've never seen her so bad." Tony said when they asked her about it the next day she said, "Yeah, thank God we made it."


Tony saw Britney snort white powder on two occasions:

"The first time, she was in a private booth. She was sat with another girl."


"The second time she had asked me to walk her to the rest room. After she'd been inside for about half an hour I poked my head round the door. There she was with a straw up her nose."


Britney got drunk even when her kids were closed by, her favorite was Jack and Coke:

"She has a whiskey stash in her pantry—and even if the children are close by, that doesn't stop her drinking. After rehab she didn't want people to see her boozing. So in clubs she'd have Jack Daniel's and coke in polystyrene cups so it would look like coffee"


She spoke to her kids in a made-up language that scared her kids:

"She speaks to them in weird, creepy, baby voices, in made-up languages, which they just don't get. All it does is unsettle, upset and scare them. Often she would scream and cry uncontrollably. Imagine what that is like for young children"


Her eating habits are terrible. She would get up at 2 in the afternoon and eat Sushi, she would make her kids go to bed late so they would not wake her up in the morning. But if they do get up before her, someone else have to take care of them.

Tony was warned before he got the job that Britney strips a lot. He said that she was getting naked around him and the staff all the time.

Britney also seemed very concerned about the hygiene of her staff but not so much the hygiene of hers: her bodyguards had to use cologne and deodorant, were not allowed to sweat and had to use mints so she won't be disgusted with their breath. But when it came to Britney, Tony said that she would fart and burp all the time.

No wonder the judge ordered her to undergo testing for the use of controlled substances and alcohol twice a week.

Britney is now facing even more troubles. She was charged in misdemeanors charges that carry a maximum of 6 months in jail.
