The rumor mill is crazy over talks of Nicole Richie and Joel Madden tieing the knot. I will be shocked if this happens. I can’t imagine that Nicole’s father Linoel Richie wouldn’t want the biggest wedding possible for his daughter.

TMZ is reporting that a wedding planner based in the OC, will coordinate the small ceremony that is to take place on October 13th, in Laguna Beach, California.
